MDO Fee Schedule

Registration Fee:

$75.00 (due at annual registration)

Supply Fee:

$150.00 due by July 15th

Tuition:

$260 per month

(payments due by the 10th of each month)

***Registration and Supply Fees are non-refundable.

Other:

• Late Payment Fee: $10.00 on payments made after the 10th (Sept – May)

• Return Check Fee: $25.00

• Late Pick Up Fee: $5.00 for every 5 minutes past 2:15 pm

 

TUITION IS BASED ON AN ANNUAL FEE DIVIDED INTO NINE EQUAL PAYMENTS.
